All financial transactions are processed through approved payment methods. Withdrawals are only made to accounts registered under the same name as the m1cuci account.
Each bonus is subject to the rollover requirements stated on the promotions page. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the rollover requirements are fully met.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login details. m1cuci will never request your password via email, phone, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
All activity conducted through your account — including betting, withdrawal requests, and bonus usage — is solely your responsibility. m1cuci will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your own negligence in maintaining account security.
As part of our commitment to security and compliance, m1cuci conducts an identity verification process (Know Your Customer). You may be required to submit a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or other supporting documents. This process is typically completed within 24 hours on business days.

All bonuses offered by m1cuci are subject to minimum wagering requirements before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand these terms before accepting any bonus.
Each promotion may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim the same bonus using multiple accounts, different IP addresses, or different devices constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in bonus cancellation and possible account termination.
M1cuci reserves the right to cancel any bonus or winnings obtained through methods deemed abusive, including but not limited to: systematically placing low-risk bets to meet wagering conversion requirements, multi-account collusion to gain bonus advantages, or the use of unauthorised betting strategies.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system disruption during a gaming session, m1cuci reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the member's account. m1cuci's decision in such cases is final.

M1cuci provides its platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding service continuity, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of information. To the extent permitted by law, m1cuci's liability to any member is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
M1cuci is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.
You may close your m1cuci account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all pending withdrawal requests have been processed. Any valid balance will be transferred to you in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
